HEALTH
Yoga on the Duck Town Green is back! Every Tuesday between now and September 4th you can enjoy a 45 minute yoga class outside on the beautifully landscaped town green! Sponsored by Village Realty and led by Village Yoga, this class is a must this month!
EVENT
The Town of Duck 4th of July Parade is the sweetest summertime event. On the morning of the 4th, head out to Duck for the best parade, sweet treats, a live Dixieland Band and family fun! The one mile parade begins on Scarborough Lane and ends on Christopher Drive. I'll be marching again this year with our photography company, 12th Street Portraits. Wave and say hi!
ART
Brew and Arts is the best way to find local art this July! Beer and art? I'd call that a winning combination. The Outer Banks Brewing Station hosts this weekly event on Monday evenings beginning at 5:30pm. Stop by to see the artwork of tons of amazing local artists and support our community of makers!
SHOP
TimBuckII in Corolla has been a long time shopping destination on the Outer Banks. This year they have added some amazing new stores and you don't want to miss all of the fun. Stay and have dinner at Mike Dianna's Grille Room or grab an ice cream cone at Big Buck's. In this little village you can shop everything from beef jerky, home decor and shoes to fine jewelry and clothing.
EAT
The Village Table and Tavern is the upcoming hotspot that everyone is dying to try! I've said it a thousand times, we need more waterfront dining options on the Outer Banks and it just doesn't get any better than this spot! Located on the Soundside in North Duck you can expect amazing food, service and views at this brand new restaurant. They're putting on the finishing touches and hoping to open by late July, you can keep your eyes on their Facebook page for the official details!

Kitty Hawk Kites knows what the kids love! Enjoy Kids Days in Nags Head, Rodanthe, Hatteras, Avon and Corolla all Summer long! With tye-dye stations, kite making, face painting and even rock wall climbing you won't want to miss this epic day of the kid! Check their website for specific locations and times!
STAY
